This campaign is about more than policies — it’s about purpose. It’s about building a Jamesburg that lives up to its full potential: a town that reflects our values, meets the moment, and moves boldly into the future without losing what makes it special.

For too long, residents have been asked to accept less — less accountability, less transparency, and less return on their tax dollars. We believe Jamesburg deserves better and we’re ready to deliver it.

​

It’s time for a new way forward — one rooted in integrity, fairness, and action. A local government that listens, leads with vision, sets higher standards, and makes smart, lasting investments in our future.

We see a Jamesburg where our downtown is vibrant and alive: a hub of food, culture, and community. Where streets are safe and walkable, infrastructure is built to last, and public spaces are well cared for. An affordable Jamesburg where public services work as hard as the people they serve, local businesses grow and thrive, and every neighborhood feels clean, connected, and resilient. A town where parks are active and community events bring people together. A place where neighbors look out for each other and everyone feels proud to call Jamesburg home.

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY & TRANSPARENCY
We are committed to keeping taxes stable for Jamesburg's families, not through short-term fixes, but through smart, transparent budgeting that prioritizes needs, eliminates waste, and ensures every dollar is put to work. Whether it’s repairing roads, improving public services, or strengthening long-neglected infrastructure, we believe tax dollars should be investments that deliver real, visible results for our community.

 

Jamesburg also needs stronger financial oversight. Taxes keep going up, but residents are getting less and less in return. For too long, the “Jamesburg Way” has meant rewarding friends with raises and promotions while running the town without clear benchmarks, evaluations, or accountability. Some have benefited disproportionately, while others like crossing guards and Borough staff  have been overlooked, leading to weaker leadership, lower standards, and less effective management across departments.

 

Bringing fiscal responsibility to Jamesburg also means ending the old way of doing business. We believe it’s time for a reset that restores balance, ensures fairness, and puts public dollars to work for everyone, not just a select few. Rooted in everything we love about Jamesburg — our history, our identity, and our strong sense of community — we believe in building a fairer, more responsible way forward that works for all. It’s time for a new Jamesburg Way — one built on higher standards, true accountability, and a renewed commitment to making town government work for everyone.  

 

ACCOUNTABILITY & HIGHER STANDARDS

We will lay a strong foundation for higher standards in town government. Jamesburg residents deserve professional, efficient, and responsive municipal services. That means modernizing how departments are run, implementing consistent standards for performance, and creating a culture where every employee is evaluated, trained, and supported to do their best work. Most importantly, we will ensure real accountability at every level to ensure every tax dollar delivers meaningful value for our community. 

 

LISTENING TO RESIDENTS & STRENGTHENING COMMUNICATION
Progress starts by listening. We will be responsive to your concerns, advocate for your needs, and strengthen communication between local government and residents. Transparency, accountability, and two-way dialogue will be at the heart of our leadership.

 

REVITALIZING DOWNTOWN JAMESBURG
Let’s make Railroad Avenue and Downtown Jamesburg a true destination — a walkable, beautiful, and vibrant hub of food, culture, and community. We will pursue streetscape improvements, champion our small businesses, and showcase Jamesburg’s unique identity,  making it the premier destination of southern Middlesex County.

 

SECURING GRANTS & RESOURCES
We will aggressively pursue federal, state, and county grants to invest in Jamesburg — funding infrastructure improvements, flood mitigation, park enhancements, and more, without placing additional burden on residents in the form of local taxes.

 

SUPPORTING OUR FIRST RESPONDERS
We stand with our police, firefighters, and emergency personnel. We will ensure they have the tools, training, and resources they need to keep our town safe.

EVENTS, RECREATION, AND COMMUNITY LIFEWe will support our existing recreation programs and expand opportunities by bringing new events to town that reflect the spirit of Jamesburg — from youth and senior programs to seasonal festivals and community gatherings that bring neighbors together and strengthen our sense of belonging.

SUPPORTING LOCAL BUSINESS & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
We will support our existing businesses, promote local entrepreneurship, and attract new investment to Jamesburg. A thriving local economy means more jobs, more activity downtown, and a stronger tax base.

 

ADVOCATING FOR JAMESBURG
We will strengthen and build on our relationships with partners at every level of government to better advocate for our community’s needs and priorities. We will continue fighting for Jamesburg at the county, state, and federal level, ensuring our town receives the attention, support, and resources it needs to thrive.

SUPPORTING COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS

We will champion our community groups, organizations, nonprofits, and recreation programs — helping them grow and get the support they need to serve residents of all ages.

CLEAN, RESILIENT, AND SUSTAINABLE NEIGHBORHOODS
We will keep our streets, parks, and waterways clean while tackling long-standing flooding issues and preparing for future storms. We believe in building an environmentally sustainable Jamesburg — one that future generations can be proud of.

 

INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS
From roads and sidewalks to parks and public buildings, we will prioritize critical upgrades and long-term improvements that make Jamesburg safer, more accessible, and more livable.

ARTS, CULTURE & HISTORY
We will promote and preserve Jamesburg’s rich history while embracing the arts and culture that make our town special — from music and public art to historic preservation and storytelling.
