

LEADERSHIP DELIVERING RESULTS FOR JAMESBURG
SAMANTHA RAMPACEK
Samantha has served on the Borough Council since 2017. She currently serves as Council President and Chair of the Borough Council's Finance Committee. She is a lifelong resident of Jamesburg and is among the third generation of her family to grow up in town.
During her time as a councilwoman, Samantha has organized Jamesburg's annual Fall Festival and Memorial Day Parade. She has also served on the Borough Council's Personnel Committee and Public Events Committee.
In addition to serving on the Borough Council, Samantha has served on the Land Use Board as Council Representative, the Board of Trustees of the Jamesburg Public Library as the Mayor's Representative, and the Board of the Jamesburg Theatre Group. She is a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Jamesburg Fire Department and a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the New Jersey State Firemen's Association. Samantha is also a member of the Jamesburg Green Team and the Jamesburg Garden Club.
Samantha has a breadth of experience in municipal government. She is a certified Municipal Finance Officer, certified Tax Collector, and Qualified Purchasing Agent. Samantha is currently Monroe Township's Director of Revenue Collection and previously served as Comptroller of South Brunswick.
Samantha is a product of Jamesburg's school system. She graduated from Monroe Township High School in 2009 and graduated from Wagner College in 2013 with degrees in Accounting and Management. She is continuing her education at Purdue University in the Masters of Public Administration Program.


THOMAS EMENS
Thomas is a lifelong Jamesburg resident. He has launched numerous community projects over the years and has served on committees in town since middle school. He currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the Jamesburg Public Library. Thomas became the youngest person in Jamesburg's history to hold public office when he joined the Board of Trustees in January 2020. Since then, he's helped implement the most comprehensive reforms to revitalize the library in 40 years.
Thomas also serves as co-coordinator of the Jamesburg Green Team, which organizes environmental projects in town such as watershed clean-ups. Thomas was appointed to the Environmental Committee of the Jamesburg Borough Council in 2019 where his efforts helped the Borough become Sustainable Jersey certified.
Thomas also launched the Jamesburg Theatre Group and the Theatre for a Cause program in 2018, which has raised thousands of dollars in donations for local charities and causes over the years. Both the Jamesburg Theatre Group and the Theatre for a Cause program provide a philanthropic home for the performing arts in Jamesburg.
In March of 2020, Thomas created The Real Hour, a web-based talk show for the residents of Jamesburg to keep the community connected during the pandemic. The program featured exclusive interviews with public officials, in-depth discussions about local issues and special coverage of events in town.
Thomas is a product of Jamesburg's school system. He graduated from Monroe Township High School in 2020 and graduated with an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Middlesex College in 2022 with highest honors. Thomas was 1 of only 100 students in the United States to receive the prestigious Jack Kent Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship in 2022. He is continuing his education at Princeton University this fall.
